After breakfast at the hotel depart on an Athens city tour, which will introduce you to the most important sites of the city. Visit the famed Acropolis with its dominating view, and the site of the renowned Parthenon, one of the most impressive structures in the world. Continue to the Acropolis Museum. Balance of the day at leisure. This afternoon you might tour the Greece Archeological Museum. It is one of the best in the world. Wander through gallery after gallery and be amazed by these magnificent artifacts. (B) |

Rhodes, the Island of the Roses, is the largest and most popular of the Dodecanese islands. Explore the Old City, in which the crusading Knights of St. John built their castle, still standing in excellent condition today. Or visit Lindos, its ancient Acropolis and the inviting white-sanded beach below. (B) |
