15 DAY TOUR OF SKIATHOS, SKOPALOS, ATHENS.

DAY 1  Arrive in Athens and check into our hotel. The evening is free.

DAY 2 We sail to  Skiathos and check into the hotel. You have five days to explore all this gorgeous isle has to offer. 
It is a lush, green island  of olive and fruit trees.

There is much to see. In the harbor remains of the 13th century Venetian, citadel, and many more sites too
numerous to mention here.

Beachs: This island is known for the most beautiful beaches in Greece.  This is a vacation paradise.
 

SKIATHOS BEACH

The nightlife is active with discos and bars.

There are many restaurants,. You can get anything from European cuisine to traditional Greek food.

Shopping is everywhere, You can buy almost everything.

DAY 8 Today we sail to Scopelos. We arrive and check into the hotel. You have 6 days to enjoy what this
beautiful island has to offer. It is covered with forests that cover the high mountains and deep valleys.
 Its greatest citizen was the Roman poet Nirvana who was born here. His house is still standing and
open to visitors.

Scopelos is a quiet island, suited for couples and families but there is nightlife. In the evening there are many taverns,
discos and little bars to enjoy  The atmosphere is happy and the shops stay open late,

There is much to see. You can visit the folklore museum, an old fortress, and not to be missed is the
day cruise through the National Marine park. It is magnificent. There are many more sites too
numerous to mention here.

There are many beaches with  water sports.

Food is great and you can get everything from European cuisine to delicious local Greek specialties.

Shops  are everywhere and you can buy almost everything.

DAY 14  Today we return to Athens and check into our hotel. You tour of  the Acropolis precinct. First we tour the Propylaia, It is the first gateway to have a facade in temple form. The outstanding architectural structure on the the Acropolis is the Parthenon and even in a ruinous state it is breathtaking. Next we visit the Erechtheion, It is famous for the porch of the Karyatides, named after the six female statues that act as columns and support the balcony roof. We visit the Temple of Athene Nike, known for its Persian war facade. We slowly stroll around the Acropolis ending our tour with a visit to the Acropolis Museum. Return to the hotel BB.

DAY 15 We transfer to the airport for our flight home. B

The tour includes: all accommodations in Athens and on the islands. All transfers port/hotels/port, all
boat tickets between the islands, all services an taxes, Please note that an air supplement can be arranged between Athens//Skiathos/Athens, at 80 Euros per person. Travel between Skiathos and Skopelos
is by hydrofoil.  Passengers who will not travel by air, will be transfered to the bus terminal for Aghlos Konstantinos, a port about 2 hours drive north of Athens, where they will embark the hydrofoil to
Skiathos. Same on the return from Skiathos.
